Guidelines for Submission of Abstract and Full Length Paper:

  • The paper can be written as a review paper or a research paper. It can be of descriptive design or exploratory design or observational design. It can be a paper with historical design also. Participants can also write case studies justifiable to the theme / sub-themes of the conference.
  • The papers are to be typed in Times New Roman, 12 pt, single column format in Microsoft word with 1.5 line spacing and both left and right justified with margin 1 inch on all sides.
  • The cover page must include - Title of the paper, the full name, designation, affiliation, address, e mail id and contact number of author and co-authors.
  • The name of the researcher must be written only on the cover page.
  • The abstract should include at least five keywords.
  • The paper must be original and must not have been presented, published or accepted for publication. The authors must avoid plagiarism in order to maintain the high standards of the publication. Author(s) should follow the scientific research methodology to uncover the truth and findings.
  • The tables, graphs and charts inserted in the paper should have their own heading and source.
  • Each paper presenter needs to get himself/herself registered by duly filling in the registration form and depositing the required fee.
  • Filled in Registration Form along with full length paper of not more than 3500 words and an abstract not more than 300 words must be sent at: [email protected] on or before 22 February 2018.
  • Participants are not required to send the hard copy of the paper.
  • Paper acceptance notification will be sent within 10 days of the receipt of full length paper.
  • On receipt of paper acceptance notification, the participants can make the payment of conference fee through either NEFT to the college account or Demand Draft.
  • Demand draft for the required amount should be sent to the address mentioned here below:

Paper Acceptance:

Paper acceptance notification will be sent within 10 days of the receipt of full length paper.

Selection and Presentation of Paper:

The selection of papers will be done according to the recommendation of the review committee based upon their Paper Evaluation Report. The selected paper will be given ten minutes for presentation in order to maintain the quality of conference.

PAPER IN ABSENTIA:

The conference does not provide any provision for submitting and presenting paper in absentia. However, the people who are interested in joining the conference from a state other than Gujarat and from abroad can opt for presenting paper using e-conferencing facility.
